| High Precision | The accuracy of current sampling reaches nA level, which is far higher than the industry standard of 0.1 uA. It can meet the requirements of gate bias(HTGB) and reverse bias(HTRB) test of IGBT and other devices with low reverse leakage. |
| Low impedance | The internal resistance adapter box is removed from each power zone. So that applied voltage on DUT will not be over shared when it have large leakage, so as to ensure the accuracy of electrical stress. |
| Anti-interference | Through the design of photoelectric isolation and A/ D isolation, the anti-interference ability of the drive detection board is greatly strengthened, which makes the current detection more accurate. |
